Leg day is hands down my favorite day & we had a killer session today at @destinationdallastexas save this post/workout and give it a shot just don't come at me when you can't walk. K thanks lol . . All exercises are HEAVY & fueled by @be.empowered.nutrition Pre-Workout, Pump formula & Intra workout EAAS, and as always please reach out for any and all questions! . 2 warm up sets 3 working sets 15 reps . ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ ➡️Laying hamstring curls ➡️Quad extensions ➡️ Pendulum squats ➡️ Walking lunges for a finisher 3 rounds 20 reps each leg . This seems short but I promise you if you go heavy and train with intensity you'll be waddling out of the gym 🙌🏽🔥
